Eric Kayser was destined

him the prestigious opporunity if teaching at l’Institut National de la
Boulangerie Patisserie for 10 years. This experience would later on aid
him in his future businesses.
He also traveled France
and the world in quest of sharing his knowledge and helping the making
of a handful of bakeries, until he opened his first boulangerie on rue
Monge, Paris. Since then, with the opening of 23 more outlets around
Paris. the Eric Kayser brand has become anonymous with Paris. Up until
